Vanitas2023 — Works

Valeria Sechi, Italian grey hair model and pro-age endorser, plays the role of Ottavia in the short film “Vanitas”, directed by Italian filmmaker Teresa Nerozzi. It is an acting project that lets her work on the performative side of her profession, bringing an over-50 woman as the lead of a story with a strong visual and symbolic structure, centred on memory, body and time.

Vanitas is an Italian independent short film presented at sector festivals. The collaboration confirms Valeria’s acting side, alongside projects on the border between performance and video such as Rosa Chemical’s Polka 3 music video, and campaigns where she plays characters like the Sicilian woman in N.A.E..
